Thirty-one years of Colorado framing behind every build
Before outdoor living, Chet framed houses. He worked through the mid-nineties boom in Eagle Bend and Saddle Rock, and on mountain landmarks like Ski Tip Ranch in Keystone, where the framing has to survive weather most builders never design for. That background is why a CA Carpentry deck is engineered before it is styled: post spacing, footing depth and connection hardware come first, and the finish work comes after. It is also why the structures are still standing straight a decade later.
Licensed, insured, and accredited since 2009
CA Carpentry is a licensed and insured general contractor, and has been a Better Business Bureau Accredited Business since May 2009 with an A+ rating. Seventeen years of accreditation is a harder thing to fake than a five-star review: it means nearly two decades of resolved complaints, verified credentials and continuous good standing. Where we build
We work across five Front Range counties — Douglas, Arapahoe, Denver, Jefferson and Adams — from the shop in Castle Rock. That radius is deliberate. It is close enough that Chet can be on your site the same morning if something needs looking at, which is not true of a company driving in from two hours away. If your project sits outside that circle, we will tell you rather than stretch the crew thin.
What happens after you call
You get a response within one business day, and a free on-site estimate — on site, because a yard tells you things a phone call cannot. The proposal you receive is the number we intend to build to, with the permit and HOA work included in the scope rather than added later. Most projects break ground three to eight weeks out, and financing is available through Regions Bank if you would rather spread the cost.
